2. Lawful authority and transparency
The Business Customer must not submit documents, personal data, or verification cases unless it has the required authority, notices, consent, legal basis, and rights to do so.
Documents must be obtained from the End User with clear knowledge or direct participation and must be submitted for a legitimate verification or related purpose. IDEEVY may not be used for hidden verification, covert surveillance, or unauthorized identity checks.
3. Provider workflow responsibility
The Business Customer must ensure that any provider workflow it configures is lawful and authorized. This includes workflows involving external providers, fallback paths, second-opinion checks, issuer or bank-related checks, or customer-selected provider accounts.
The Business Customer must not use provider accounts, credentials, identifiers, or API keys unless it has authority to use them for the configured workflow.

- submitting malware, harmful code, illegal content, or data that the Business Customer is not authorized to process; or
- misrepresenting IDEEVY as making the Business Customer’s final legal, regulatory, credit, employment, healthcare, gambling, or financial decision unless expressly agreed.
5. End User fairness and review
The Business Customer is responsible for fair use of Verification Outcomes. Where required by law or internal policy, the Business Customer should provide appropriate notice, appeal, human review, or alternative process for End Users affected by verification results.
6. Minors
The Business Customer must not submit documents or personal data relating to minors unless it has a valid legal basis, any required parental or guardian consent, and authority to use the relevant verification workflow.
7. Data minimization and accuracy
The Business Customer should submit only data reasonably necessary for the configured verification workflow and should avoid submitting unrelated, excessive, or unnecessary personal data.
8. Security obligations
The Business Customer must protect API keys, dashboard accounts, webhook endpoints, provider credentials, and internal systems. The Business Customer must promptly notify IDEEVY of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse of the service.
9. Cooperation
The Business Customer must cooperate with IDEEVY investigations of abuse, security incidents, legal requests, provider complaints, or suspected violations of this Policy. IDEEVY may request information needed to assess compliance with this Policy.
10. Enforcement
IDEEVY may suspend or restrict access, disable workflows, reject verification cases, block abusive traffic, remove access to providers, or terminate the service if IDEEVY reasonably believes the Business Customer violated this Policy or created legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
